After Business Hours (6:00 PM - 10:00 PM) Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday only - Two-hour minimum

Rental Service Fee

• $70 per 72" Round Table with Chairs (seating for 10)
• $60 per 60" Round Table with Chairs (seating for 8)
• $28 per Round Tablecloth
• $60 per 8'x4' Banquet Table with Chairs (seating for 8)
• $15 per 8'x4' Banquet Table for service.
• $28 per 8'4' Banquet Tablecloth
• $14 per 4" Banquet Table

• Plate Setting Packages are available on request.

Additional Fees and Conditions

• $175 cleanup fee after the event. 
• $175 for (1) bar serves for up to 50 Guests (includes setup and one bartender)
• $225 for (1) bar that serves up to 50-100 Guests (includes set up and two bartenders)
• $400 for (2) bars, serves 100+ Guests (includes set up and three bartenders)
• $25 per person Buffet Style Food Menu is available. 
• 50% deposit required. The remainder of the payment is due the day of the event.
• 4-day cancellation notice. After four days, the deposit payment is nonrefundable.
• Only Prince Michel, Rapidan River wines, Prince Michel Hard Cider, and Tap 29 beers are allowed on-premise.
• Military discounts of 10% off apply for event pricing.
• Wine Club Member discounts of 15% off apply for event pricing.
• Groups will have access to the room 30 minutes prior to the start of the event and 30 minutes after the event for decorating and clean up.
• Outside catering for events is allowed.
